某天，為拯救被追殺的俄爾以諾，草加與海堂變身為假面騎士凱撒和蛇俄爾以諾，與消滅俄爾以諾小隊(duì)的隊(duì)長胡桃玲菜交戰(zhàn)。
在那里出現(xiàn)了消失數(shù)年、下落不明的乾巧。乾巧變身為全新形態(tài)——假面騎士次世代555（暫譯），作為智腦公司陣營的頭部戰(zhàn)力，與真理等人對戰(zhàn)。
遭到攻擊的真理等人都對此感到不解。乾巧為何會(huì)出現(xiàn)在智腦公司？失蹤至今都在做些什么……
